Cutting teeth with alloy tips
SJ10G/SJ10S Grade: This grade is manufactured using an ultra-coarse-grain production process, which currently represents a uniquely innovative technology within the cemented carbide industry at our company. The raw materials for these products are sourced from a leading German tungsten carbide manufacturer, renowned for its superior control over particle size distribution, impurity levels, crystal morphology, and other critical technical parameters—features that clearly set it apart from other raw materials on the market. Building on our existing expertise, we’ve further optimized the alloy formulations, resulting in products that not only outperform competitors in terms of wear resistance but also deliver groundbreaking improvements in impact toughness and thermal fatigue resistance. Based on extensive long-term comparative testing by our customers, these products have demonstrated exceptional performance when tackling both hard rock formations and geologically complex strata.
